Enjoy a “Brimbelle“ tart at the lake!
Do you know what brimbelles are?
"Brimbelles" is the local name for blueberries.
They're easy to find in the Vosges undergrowth, but you have to do a bit of walking, poking around in the forest and crouching down to pick up the blue treasures (they're just a few centimetres off the ground!!!).
After all this effort, what a reward to be able to prepare this beautiful tart and enjoy it together!
