COMPOSITION :
- 800g of local cheese* cut ready to cook
(Farmhouse Emmental, Saint Brice and Tomme mixture made at the cheese factory)
- Country charcuterie platter
(slices of bacon 100g, slices of raw Luxeuil ham 100g, slices of rosette 100g, slices of peasant bacon 100g, slices of ham bacon 100g)
- green salad
- 1 bottle of Pinot Gris AOC 75cl
► All products (charcuterie, cheeses) always come from the most local distribution channel possible and with respect for animal welfare.
► The products are delivered in craft bags with an explanation of the origin of the products, places of production, farms, etc. Meat and cheeses delivered vacuum-packed Shelf life 1 week.
► The products are selected to be available all year round, in the event of a shortage we will replace with an equivalent product.
► Products followed by a * always come from the organic network.
