Autumn is synonymous with delicious pan-fried mushrooms, ceps, chanterelles, sheep's feet... names that resonate in our minds and on our taste buds. Come and discover them.
A fun introductory walk through the Vosges undergrowth in search of mushrooms.
You will learn to recognise the best and worst varieties, as well as all the secrets of these forest floor dwellers.
And if you feel like it, you can cook and enjoy your harvest, provided it is edible, of course!
